半导体磁阻式电流传感器的信号处理电路设计

设计了一种可以对微变信号进行提取与放大的信号处理电路, 它适用于InSb2In 共晶体磁阻元件(MR) 制成的半导体薄膜型电流传感器(MRCS)。通过实验, 研究了此种电流传感器的工作特性, 其通频带为7Hz21800Hz, 并从理论上对其进行了分析。关键词　磁阻效应　电流传感器　信号处理电路Abstract　A signal2p rocessing circuit that may p ick up and amp lify the weak signals was designed and used in a sem iconduct ing magneto resist ive current senso r (MRCS)made by a InSb2In eutect ic magneto resisto r (MR ). The experiment s have been done, th rough wh ich the operat ion characterist ic of th is elect ricity senso r was studyed and analyzed in term of theo ry. The frequency pass band of th is signal2p rocessing circuit is from 7Hz to 1800Hz.Key words　M agneto resistance effect　Current senso r　Signal2p rocessing circuit
