简介：In  the  wireless  communication  community  the  term  “cognitive  radio”  (CR)  is  usually  associated  with  the  capability  of  dynamic  spectrum  access  (DSA).  This  means  the  capability  of  a  radio  to  utilize  some  areas  of  the  electromagnetic  spectrum  that  currently  are  not  occupied  by  other  radios,  without  causing  interference  problems  to  other  radios.  The  increased  interest  in  the  development  of  new  radio  technologies  to  address  the  emergence  of  the  shortage  of  spectrum  is  well  justified  economically  and  is  supported  by  the  various  studies  of  spectrum  utilization.
