The AAT3220 PowerLinear NanoPower lowdropout (LDO) linear regulator is ideal for portableapplications where extended battery life is critical.This device features extremely low quiescent current,typically 1.1μA. Dropout voltage is also verylow, typically less than 225mV at the maximum outputcurrent of 150mA. The AAT3220 has outputshort-circuit and over-current protection. In addition,the device also has an over-temperature protectioncircuit which will shut down the LDO regulatorduring extended over-current events.
