高档豪华大客车车身焊装生产线

简要介绍在消化、吸收日本五十铃高档豪华客车制造技术的基础上,  自主设计组织建成的一条高档豪华客车车身焊装生产线,  解决了国内客车生产车身装配精度差、车身侧蒙皮和顶圆角蒙皮平整性差、工人劳动强度大的工艺难题。通过M  KD、CKD  状态生产和43%  国产化状态的生产验证,  能满足日本五十铃GALA  系列车型的生产要求。关键词:  客车车身;  焊装;  生产线Abstract:  The  text  briefly  has  an  int  roduct  ion  about  that  learning  from  and  tak  ing  in  the  p  roduct  ion  techno  logy  of  the  top  grade  and  luxury  JA  PAN  ISU  ZU  bus,  the  autho  rs  independent  ly  design  a  w  elding  equipment  p  roduct  ion  line  of  the  top  grade  and  luxury  bus.  A  s  a  result,  th  is  line  so  lves  the  techno  logy  conundrum  s  such  as  randomness  in  p  roducing  the  bus,  low  accuracy  of  the  body  assembling,  bad  level  of  the  side  and  roof  round  outer  panels,  and  h  igh  labo  r  intensity  of  wo  rkers  in  domest  ic  bus  p  roduct  ion.  Th  rough  the  M  KD,  CKD  and  43%  localizat  ion  p  rouduct  ion,  th  is  line  is  p  roved  to  meet  the  manufacturing  requirements  of  the  JA  PAN  ISU  ZU  GALA  buses  series.Key  words:Bus2body;  W  elding  equipment;  P  roduct  ion  line
