HA-2640  and  HA-2645  are  monolithic  operational  amplifierswhich  are  designed  to  deliver  unprecedented  dynamicspecifications  for  a  high  voltage  internally  compensateddevice.  These  dielectrically  isolated  devices  offer  very  lowvalues  for  offset  voltage  and  offset  current  coupled  withlarge  output  voltage  swing  and  common  mode  input  voltage.For  maximum  reliability,  these  amplifiers  offer  unconditionaloutput  overload  protection  through  current  limiting  and  a  chiptemperature  sensing  circuit.  This  sensing  device  turns  theamplifier  “off”,  when  the  chip  reaches  a  certain  temperaturelevel.These  amplifiers  deliver  ±35V  common  mode  input  voltagerange,  ±35V  output  voltage  swing,  and  up  to  ±40V  supplyrange  for  use  in  such  designs  as  regulators,  power  supplies,and  industrial  control  systems.  4MHz  gain  bandwidth  and5V/μs  slew  rate  make  these  devices  excellent  componentsfor  high  performance  signal  conditioning  applications.Outstanding  input  and  output  voltage  swings  coupled  with  alow  5nA  offset  current  make  these  amplifiers  excitationdesigns.
