The ML2502 is a single-chip recording/playback LSI featuring an innovative Analog Multi-Level Storage technology that enables you to store non-compressed analog signals directly into the on-chip 128-Kbit-cell Flash memory. The ML2502 can be a perfect fit for such applications as Voice-memos, Message Cards, toys and other consumer applications because of such features as low operating voltages (2.7 to 3.3 V), no backup requirement, and simplified operations eliminating an external MCU.
