针对彩色平板玻璃生产工艺对烧结炉温度必须按照升降温曲线变化和多加热区温度控制的需求,设计了由CAN 总线、工业控制机和智能节点等组成的玻璃烧结炉温度控制系统,解决了玻璃烧结炉多区温度精确控制的难题。实际运行效果表明,该系统能精确控制玻璃烧结炉18 路温度按照升降温曲线进行变化,温差小,完全达到了生产工艺的技术要求。关键词 玻璃烧结炉,CAN 总线,智能节点,通信协议,C8051F041 单片机,温度控制Abstract Aimed at the colorized glass plate production technology, a temperature controlsystem for glass sintering furnace is designed, in which the temperature must be changedaccording to the given curve and the temperature control is multi-sectional. The system iscomposed by CAN bus, industrial computer and intelligent node, which solves the puzzle ofprecise control of multi-sectional temperature.
