摘要:作为大规模生产的电子元器件,石英晶体谐振器的生产过程不可避免的涉及到大量的统计分析。最基本的要求是统计生产过程的成品率,但我们往往可以结合数据的采集和分析同时来完成对生产过程的分析,达到对生产工艺进行监测和控制的目的。本文介绍了我们结合生产过程和特定器件,测定了石英晶体谐振器的制造特征参数,然后通过统计过程控制(Statistical Process Control, SPC)方法对每个参数作具体分析,最后确定了对产品质量有显著影响的因素。由于统计过程控制技术在电子元器件生产过程中有着广泛应用,在石英晶体谐振器生产行业也有着成功应用的经验,这一初步研究为我们改进生产过程和产品设计提供了一个有效的努力方向。关键词:石英晶体 谐振器 统计 控制 SPCStatistical analysis and its applications in the production process of quartz crystal resonatorsJi Wang, Jianwei Hu*, Qiyuan Li, Jiansong Liu, Jianke DuPiezoelectric Device Laboratory, School of Engineering, Ningbo University, Ningbo, Zhejiang 315211*Ningbo Hiking Electronic Technology Co., Ltd., 11 Qixin Road, Jiangdong District, Ningbo, Zhejiang 315051Abstract: As electrical components of massive production, statistical analyses have been widely used in the manufacturing process.
