宝钢2050热连轧张力观测器模型中,采用了液压监控辊信号进行反馈控制,但是液压监控辊调节器设置不够合理,使系统包含了张力差的误差累积,造成了轧制过程中的拉钢或起套问题。根据生产的工况条件,把张力监控辊调节器设置为一阶跟随系统,大大改善了系统的稳定性,有效地减少了起套和拉钢问题的发生。关键词:秒流量、张力观测器、张力波动、压力监控、低通滤波Abstract: In the 2050 hot-mill tension observer model, the hydraulic roller signals are employed for feedback control. However, the regulator design is not so reasonable that too many historical errors occur while the rolling process is going, which make the strip lap over or tension overload. Based on this process condition, the regulator was changed to a first order following system by selecting parameters. The system stability is greatly improved and the problems, strip lap over or tension overload, are reduced significantly.Keywords: mass flow, tension observer, tension deviation, compressive force monitor, lower passing smoothing wave
