从设计方面介绍对客车车架纵梁弯曲、扭转损伤和应力集中、失稳的控制方法以及横梁两端开裂和悬置点处连接损伤的控制方法, 并指出车架在铆装线上铆装时应重视前悬架、后悬架、动力系、传动系等的装配质量对车架质量的影响。关键词: 客车 车架 设计 铆装 质量Abstract: F rom design aspects, the thesis states themethods avo iding bus frame′s faults, such asmain beam s′bend2 ing damage, to rsion damage, st ress concent rat ion, stability2break ing and the damage of the suspensions fixing po ints as w ell as cro ss beam s′ends break ing.
