The MAX31725 temperature sensor accurately measurestemperature and provides an overtemperature alarm/interrupt/shutdown output. The device converts thetemperature measurements to digital form using ahigh-resolution, sigma-delta, analog-to-digital converter(ADC). Accuracy is Q0.5NC from -40NC to +105NC.Communication is through an I2C-compatible 2-wireserial interface.
