The devices provideinverting outputs and symmetrical active-low output-enable (OE) inputs.When V is between 0 and 1.5 V, the devices are in the high-impedance state during power up or power down.CCHowever, to ensure the high-impedance state above 1.5 V, OE should be tied to V through a pullup resistor;CCthe minimum value of the resistor is determined by the current-sinking capability of the driver.
