介绍了无刷直流电机无位置传感器转子位置检测的一种新方法。该方法利用非导通相反电势逻辑电平经逻辑处理后得到一脉冲列, 采用PLL 锁相技术将脉冲列倍频, 通过倍频电路计数器的计数值可以精确检测转子位置。利用数字比较技术将计数值与锁存器中的预置数值比较, 可以精确控制绕组电流的最佳换向时刻。通过调节锁存器中的预置值可以方便地调节换向角, 非常适用于无刷直流电机的各种控制算法。同时该方法克服了外同步起动过程中易产生的振荡和失步现象。通过实验证明该方法是正确的、有效的。关键词: 无刷电机; 无位置传感器; 检测Abstract: Th is paper describes a novel method of detect ing fo r ro to r flux po sit ion of the brush less DC mo to r (BLDCM ). Th is method, a pulse line is acquired from elect romagnet ic fo rce signals in the mo to r w indings that carry no current. U sing PLL techno logy mult ip les the pulse. Thye numerical value of counter in mult ip le - frequency circuit co rrelates to the po sit ion of ro to r flux. Comparing the figure of counter w ith that w h ich is p resto red in flip - latch, the best commutat ion t ime can be accurately determ ined. The commutat ion angle can be flexibly adjusted by varying the p resto red figure in flip - latch. Th is is very fit fo r mult ifarious arithmet ic of BLDCM. The hunt ing and out- of - step are conquered in the p rocess of start.
