机组动静部件碰摩是运行中常见的重要故障,它对正常运转有直接影响。现场碰摩的诊断难度较高,不及时、不准确的诊断都会造成经济损失。结合某电厂一台300MW机组低压通流部分发生碰摩时实际的振动数据,介绍了碰摩发生时传感器间隙电压、转轴静态轨迹以及相位表现出的征兆和特征,并介绍了现场紧急处理这种故障的方法。关键词:旋转机械;碰摩;故障诊断Abstract :The rubbing , which has a bad effect on turbo generators , is frequently found in power plants and complicated in diagno2 sis. An untimely and imprecise diagnosis will cause a large lost. From vibration statistics of a 300MW unit , the article introduced the gap plot , the shaft average centerline plot , the shaft moving centerline plot , and the phase analysis , all of which are important in the diagnosis of this fault.
