控制系统的参数优化问题的目的是使目标函数能比较确切地反映系统的特性，而且又能使计算简单。利用MATLAB 的优化控制工具箱，选取基于“ITSE”(integral of time weighted squared errors)准则的目标函数，从仿真实验可以看出“ITSE”准则确实存在局限性。最后基于最优控制理论提出一种适用于控制系统参数寻优的新的目标函数，并结合仿真结果说明了所给出的新的目标函数使得控制系统的时域性能指标（超调量和调节时间）都得到很大的改善。关键词：ITSE；目标函数；参数优化Abstract：The parameter optimization of control systems always refers to different objective functions. The selected objective function should exactly reflect the characteristic of the control system while making the computation easy. In this paper we use optimization toolbox in Matlab confirm that "ITSE" principle has some problems while using it as our objective function. By the means of analysis based on optimization control theory, we propose a new objective function, which improve the time domain performance evaluation (such as overshootand adjustment time).Key Words：ITSE; Objective function; Parameter optimization
