研究了一种智能电子罗盘的误差补偿问题。把误差的形成过程假设为从圆到椭圆的变化过程(椭圆假设) ,其逆过程就是误差补偿的过程。研究了基于椭圆假设求解误差系数算法和误差补偿方法。该方法使智能电子罗盘容易地实现了自动误差补偿和自动校准,大幅度降低了成本。试验结果表明:椭圆假设符合实际情况,补偿效果显著。按此方法对最大误差高达±23. 7°的电子罗盘法进行自动补偿后,最大剩余误差降至±0. 4°。根据该方法研制的电子罗盘具有成本低、可靠性高和使用方便的特点。关键词: 电子罗盘; 智能传感器; 误差补偿Abstract : An error compensation method for intelligent electromagnetic compass ( IEMC) is studied. The forma2 tion of errors is supposed as a change process from a circle to an ellipse (ellipse hypothesis) ,and the reverse pro2 cess is just the compensation process. Algorithm for error coefficients and compensation method is studied based on the ellipse hypothesis. The method enables the IEMC to realize automatic error compensation and auto2calibra2tion easily ,and lower the cost largely. Experiment shows that the hypothesis is correct and compensation result is satisfied. An IEMC ,whose maximum error was ±23. 7°,is automatic compensated ,and the residual erros is re2 duced to ±0. 4°. The characteristics of the IEMS based on the method are small size ,low cost and high reliabili2 ty.Key words : electromagnetic compass ; intelligent sensor ; error compensation
