工业实时数据库系统的研究与设计

为了提高中小企业管控一体化程度，统一反映企业各个工业现场实时运行状况，设计工业实时数据库成为实现工业现场网络与企业管理网络相结合的关键所在。论文介绍了一种基于VC++和Delphi  的实时数据库系统的开发方法，提出了利用动态链接库实现实时数据库系统核心，并给出了数据模型和接口的实现，同时引入了空间替换法滚动存储多批次历史数据的方法，利用该方法设计的工业实时数据库系统具有全面的开放性和灵活性。关键字：数据对象；  实时数据库；  DLL；多线程The  Study  and  Design  of  the  Industrial  Real-time  Database  System  Huang  shao-chuan1，KAI  Jin-yu2,  Mo  Lin3  (1、Guangxi  international  business  vocational  college  ,Guangxi  Nanning  530007；  2、College  of  Computer  and  Information  ,Anyang  Normal  University,  Henan  Anyang  455000  3．Guangxi  University,  Guangxi  Nanning  530004)  Abstract:  In  order  to  improve  the  level  of  combination  of  the  managing  and  controlling  in  the  enterprises,  reflect  uniformly  the  real  time  running  states  of  all  spots  in  the  enterprise,  the  design  of  an  industrial  real  time  database  is  the  key  of  combining  the  industrial  scenes  net  and  managing  net.  The  strategy  of  designing  a  real-time  database  system  (RTDBS)  with  VC++  and  Delphi  are  introduced,  a  method  of  establishing  RTDBS  by  means  of  dynamic  link  library  (DLL)  is  presented,  and  a  method  for  realizing  model  and  interface  is  given,  a  new  method  of  saving  multi-times  history  data  by  using  cycling  mechanism  for  saving  memory  space  is  introduced.  Thus  RTDBS  designed  in  Industry  possesses  all-round  openness  and  flexibility.Keywords:  Data  object;  Real-time  database;  DLL;  multi-thread
