PLC 在锅炉化学补给水处理自动控制系统中的应用

摘要介绍了水处理工艺，结合生产实际设计了一套基于组态王和PLC  的SCADA  补给水控制系统，使系统的运行和离子交换器的再生达到优化，性能达到生产要求，出水水质稳定，又降低生产成本。关键词PLC  化学水处理控制系统Abstract  The  technique  process  of  water  treatment  is  introduced.  Combining  with  the  practical  production，a  SCADA  system  based  on  Kingview  andPLC  is  designed  for  makeup  water  control  system.  The  operation  of  the  system  and  the  regeneration  of  the  ion  exchanger  are  optimized.  The  performanceof  the  system  meet  the  requirement  of  production  and  the  quality  of  water  is  stable，in  addition，the  cost  of  production  has  been  reduced.Keywords  PLC  Chemical  water  treatment  Control  system
