设计了一个基于Lab Windows/CVI 的压力测量控制系统，人机交互界面友好，大大提高了压力测量的有效性和准确性。系统由上、下位机两部分构成，下位机是ATmega162为控制核心的压力测试台，上位机是普通PC 机，使用Lab Windows/CVI 开发, 为用户提供良好的测试界面。二者通过RS232 串口通信，实现PC 机对压力测试台的实时控制，方便用户测试和保存测试结果。系统的实际运行证明了设计的有效性。关键词：压力变送器；Lab Windows/CVI；ATmega162；串口通讯Abstract：A system of press measurement control based on Lab Windows/CVI is introduced. With the friendly operating interface, the system makes the press measurement effective and exact greatly. The system composes of upper and under part. The under machine is a press measurement device whose core is an ATmega162, and the upper part is a personal computer, the application of which is designed by Lab Windows/CVI. PC controls the press measurement device real-time with RS232 serial port. It will help users test and save the result easily.
