针对常规PID 在张力控制中控制参数难以整定的问题,设计出一种基于模糊控制原理的自适应PID 控制器,根据偏差和偏差变化率来实时调整KP , KI , KD参数。经过实践表明,这种模糊自适应PID 比常规PID 控制器在张力控制中具有更好的控制特性。关键词:模糊控制自适应PID 控制器张力控制Abstract:It is difficult to define the control parameter in tension by using the routine PIDcontroller.So we design an adaptive PID controller based on the fuzzy principle.It can change the parameter according to the deviation and rate of change of deviation in real time.We find through the test that the adaptive PID controller has better control characteristics in the tesion control than the routine PID controller.Keywords:fuzzy control adaptive PID controller tension control
