针对多电机监控系统信息量大、布线复杂、调试不方便等特点,本文介绍了一种基于现场总线技术和虚拟仪器技术的监控系统的设计方案,使用Modbus 协议与CAN 总线协议,通过串口总线与CAN 总线的转换,将现场总线技术和虚拟仪器有机结合起来,实现了结构简单、实时性高、扩展性强的多电机蓄电池车辆控制系统。实际使用情况表明本系统,达到了设计要求。关键词:CAN 总线;虚拟仪器;Modbus 协议;串口A Monitor and Control System base on Field Bus and Virtual Instrument Author: Zhu Haizhi, Yang Jianwu, Sun Shuwen Department: Mechatronics Control Laboratory, College of Mechanical Engineering & Applied Electronics Technology, Beijing University of Technology Abstract: To resolve problems of traditional multi-motor monitor/control system, such as excessive information exchange, complex wiring, and inconvenient installation and debugging, this paper provide a design based on field bus and virtual instrument technology.
