The  Intersil  HA-5170  is  a  precision,  JFET  input,  operationalamplifier  which  features  low  noise,  low  offset  voltage  andlow  offset  voltage  drift.  Constructed  using  FET/Bipolartechnology,  the  Intersil  Dielectric  Isolation  (DI)  process,  andlaser  trimming  this  amplifier  offers  low  input  bias  and  offsetcurrents.  This  operational  amplifier  design  also  completelyeliminates  the  troublesome  errors  due  to  warm-up  drift.Complementing  these  excellent  input  characteristics  aredynamic  performance  characteristics  never  before  availablefrom  precision  operational  amplifiers.  An  8V/μs  slew  rate  and8MHz  bandwidth  allow  the  designer  to  extend  precisioninstrumentation  applications  in  both  speed  and  bandwidth.These  characteristics  make  the  HA-5170  well  suited  forprecision  integrator  amplifier  designs.The  superior  input  characteristics  also  make  the  HA-5170ideally  suited  for  transducer  signal  amplifiers,  precisionvoltage  followers  and  precision  data  acquisition  systems.For  application  assistance,  please  refer  to  Application  NoteAN540  addressing  specifically  this  device.
