The JANTX2N5794U is a hermeticallysealed, ceramic surface-mount device,consisting of two individual silicon NPNtransistors. The six pin ceramic packageis ideal for designs where board spaceand device weight are important designconsiderations.Typical screening and lot acceptancetests are provided on page 13-4. Theburn-in condition is VCB = 30 V, PD = 300mW each tansistor, TA = 25o C. Refer toMIL-PRF-19500/495 for completerequirements.When ordering parts without processing,do not use a JAN prefix.
