提出了一种基于送风温度预测实现的热风炉系统,该系统为可变周期运行和控制。它以整个热风炉系统的最低送风温度作为总的控制指标,采用基于实例的方法推理预测送风结束时间,并根据预测结果动态地调节后续送风热风炉的燃烧终点,从而使各个热风炉在燃烧阶段所积蓄的热量得到充分的释放,以达到降低煤气消耗和减少热风温度波动的双重目的。关键词:热风炉 可变周期 基于实例推理 预测Abstract:A hot - blast stove system implemented based on predicted temperature of forced air is proposed. The system is operated and controlled under variable cycle. The whole system is operated with the minimum temperature of forced air as the goal,and by using inference for predicted end time of forced air based on practical example,and dynamically regulating combustion end point for feeding air afterwards. Thus the heat storage in each hot - blast stove during combustion period can be fully released,by which the gas consumption is reduced and the temperature fluctuation of hot air is decreased.Keywords:Hot - blast stove Variable cycle Inference based on practical example Prediction
