空间矢量PWM逆变器死区效应分析与补偿方法针对电压源型空间矢量脉宽调制逆变器的死区效应,提出了一种根据电流矢量判断电流极性的死区补偿方法,分析了因死区时间、功率器件导通关断时间引起的误差电压矢量,在不同的电压矢量扇区内根据电流极性的不同,通过矢量合成的方法得出了误差电压矢量的幅值,给出了该矢量和三相电流极性的对应关系,并在静止参考轴系内完成了补偿算法.结果表明,死区效应引起了逆变器输出电压波形畸变,引起了电机电流波形畸变和转矩脉动.该补偿方法能有效改善电机导流波形,提高了逆变器的输出性能.Abstract: Aimed at dead time effect of voltage-fed space vector pulse width modulation (SVPWM) inverter,a novel compensation method detecting current polarities from the current vector was presented. Error voltage vector generated by the dead time,power devices turn-on and turn-off time was analyzed, and the amplitude of error voltage vector was calculated in different voltage vector sectors under different 3-phase current polarities. The relationship of error voltage vector and 3-phase current polarities was given,and the compensation algorithm was implemented in the stationary reference frame. The results indicate thatthe dead time effect distorts inverter output voltage and current waveform and increases torque ripples of the motor. The compensation method can effectively improve motor current waveform, the inverter\'s output performance can be greatly enhanced.
