本文针对变压器横剪线生产现状和存在的问题，在对变压器横剪生产线生产流程全面了解的基础上，分析了技术要求和用户需要，提出并开发了整个监控系统的解决方案。系统以西门子WinCC V6 为软件平台，设计开发了上位机监控系统。着重论述了基于人机界面组态软件的上位机监控系统的开发，为开发变压器横剪生产线监控系统做了积极尝试，取得了一定的效果。关键词：横剪线；WinCC 组态；监控系统Design of Industrial Control System for Cross Cutting Producing Line LI LING1 ， ZHAO ZHIPENG1，LI CHUN 2 (1 Xi`an Jiaotong University, department of Industrial Automation, Shaanxi, Xi`an, 710049, P.R.
