The MAX5215/MAX5217 are pin-compatible 14-bitand 16-bit digital-to-analog converters (DACs). TheMAX5215/MAX5217 are single-channel, low-powered,buffered voltage-output DACs. The devices use a precisionexternal reference applied through the high resistanceinput for rail-to-rail operation and low system powerconsumption. The MAX5215/MAX5217 accept a wide2.7V to 5.5V supply voltage range. Power consumptionis extremely low to accommodate most low-power andlow-voltage applications.
