The  Intersil  ISL54208  dual  SPDT  (Single  Pole/DoubleThrow)  switches  combine  low  distortion  audio/video  andaccurate  USB  2.0  high  speed  (480Mbps)  data  signalswitching  in  the  same  low  voltage  device.  When  operatedwith  a  2.7V  to  3.6V  single  supply  these  analog  switchesallow  audio/video  signal  swings  below-ground,  allowing  theuse  of  a  common  USB  and  audio/video  connector  in  digitalcameras,  camcorders  and  other  portable  battery  poweredPersonal  Media  Player  devices.The  ISL54208  logic  control  pins  are  1.8V  logic  compatiblewhich  allows  control  via  a  standard  μcontroller.  With  a  VDDvoltage  in  the  range  of  2.7V  to  3.6V  the  IN  pin  voltage  canexceed  the  VDD  rail  allowing  for  the  USB  5V  VBUS  voltagefrom  a  computer  to  directly  drive  the  IN  pin  to  switchbetween  the  audio/video  and  USB  signal  sources  in  theportable  device.  The  part  has  an  enable  control  pin  to  openall  the  switches  and  put  the  part  in  a  low  power  state.The  ISL54208  is  available  in  a  small  10  Ld  2.1mmx1.6mmultra-thin  μTQFN  package  and  a  10  Ld  3mmx3mm  TDFNpackage.  It  operates  over  a  temperature  range  of  -40  to+85°C.
