温度特性是大功率行波管用均衡器的一个重要指标。用测量获得的数据来表征均衡器子结构的网络特性,以此对子结构的温度特性进行分析,并与仿真结果进行比较。介绍了提高温度稳定特性的方法,用以指导实际的均衡器调试。关键词:微波测量 温度特性 子结构 仿真Abstract: The temperature characteristic is an important index of the equalizer usedin high-power Travelling-Wave Tube. Using the data got from the measurement we canexpress the network characteristic of the equalizer’s substructure, and then weanalyze the temperature characteristic of the substructure based on the data,compared with the result of the simulation. Also the paper introduces a method usedto make the equalizer work more stable at different temperature and to guide us todebug the equalizer.Key words: microwave measurement, temperature characteristic, substructure,simulation
