总流量控制系统是一个比较大型的系统,在实际的复杂系统建立以前,先用仿真系统模拟现场进行可行性操作和分析是相当必要的。可视化程序语言VB是目前已成为国内比较 广泛的支持可视化编程特性的高级语言之一,可以很容易地再现仿真过程。本文在初步探讨 了铜板轧制中应用总流量控制理论的基础上,用Visual Basic 6.0 对相关数据进行了模拟,对 轧制过程进行了动态仿真。并给出一些实际数据进行了实例分析。关键词:Visual Basic 6.0,总流量控制理论,铜板轧制,仿真Abstract:The control system of the mass flow is a large-scale system, before the real complicated system is set up, it is quite essential to carry on the feasible operation and analysis, using the artificial system to simulate scene first. The visual procedure language VB, which is one of the advanced languages of supporting visual programming characteristic, has already become domestic more extensive at present. so it is easy to reproduce the artificial course. Based on the preliminary discussion to the application of control theory of the mass flow in the copperplate rolling, the article uses Visual Basic 6. 0 to simulate the relevant data and carries on dynamic emulation to the rolling course.
