基于C8051F020 和SPC3 的PROFIBUS 智能I/O 从站设计

PROFIBUS  是目前国内外广泛运用的工业现场总线之一，它提高了过程控制中的分散

外设及I/O  口数据传输的安全性和可靠性。针对无轴印刷机外设数据传输要求较高的实时性和可靠性，该项目设计了基于C8051F020  和SPC3  的PROFIBUS  智能I/O  从站。本文着力阐述了智能从站的硬件设计，介绍了智能I/O  从站模块与西门子300  系列PLC  主站在Step7  软件环境下的组态及软件的调试以及提高系统可靠性的方法。

An  intelligent  PROFIBUS  slave  design  based  on  C8051F020  and  SPC3  Author：Li  Xiaohui,  Zhang  Huihui,  Sun  Shuwen  Department:  Mechatronics  Control  Laboratory,  College  of  Mechanical  Engineering  &  Applied  Electronics  Technology,  Beijing  University  of  Technology  Abstract:  PROFIBUS  is  most  important  and  widely  applied  field  bus  in  the  industry  field.  Its  applications  make  the  process  control  more  safe  and  reliable.  Here,  the  design  for  the  intelligent  I/O  slave  based  on  C8051F020  and  SPC3  is  introduced.  This  kind  of  slave  is  designed  for  the  shaftless  printing  machine,  meeting  the  demand  of  modularization  and  reliability  of  industry  filed.  Furthermore,  this  paper  illustrates  the  software  environment  of  Step7  which  is  worked  on  series  300  of  Siemens’s  PLC.  Finally,  how  to  improve  the  reliability  of  slave  practically  is  illustrated.
