研究了某型涡喷发动机及其控制系统的建模方法,并通过对燃油控制系统控制方程进行稳定性分析和仿真计算,研究了某型涡喷发动机转速控制系统的分油活门油门杆给定弹簧刚度、分油活门弹簧预压缩量、分油活门重叠量、离心飞重重量和反馈活门重叠量对于控制系统稳定性的影响,找出了导致发动机试车阶段出现转速摆动现象的原因。该仿真结果有效指导了发动机研制过程中转速失稳故障排除,证明了该仿真方法的有效性。关键词:转速摆动;转速控制系统;稳定性Abstract:The mathematical model of a turbojet engine and its control system was established. By simulation on varying parameters of the main fuel control system, the impact of the initial value of the fuel control valve’s spring rate, the initial value of the fuel control valve’s spring reduction, the fuel control valve’s overlap, the weight of the centrifugal weight and the feedback valve’s overlap on the stability of the shaft’s rotating speed was studied. The cause of the oscillatory phenomena of low pressure shaft’s rotating speed was found. This conclusion was effectively applied in the ground tests, and was testified by the tests results.Keywords:Oscillatory Rotating Speed; Speed Control System; Stability
