PACS系统中的DICOM标准概述

医学数字图像通讯标准DICOM  (Digital  Imaging  and  Communication  in  Medicine  )是医学信息学领域中正在广泛使用的工业标准,DICOM  正在成为医院医学影像存档与通讯系统PACS(Picture  Archiving  and  communication  System)事实上的国际标准。在国际上,已广泛地应用于各医学成像设备及PACS、RIS/HIS  等信息系统的网络互联中。本文简要叙述了DICOM  标准的组成部分,及其DICOM  的特点、意义和运行机制。关键词：  DICOM  医学图像通讯  运行机制Introduction  and  Overview  of  DICOM  Standard  on  PACS  Zhao  GuiJun  Zhang  DaBo  (School  of  Electric  and  Information  Engineering,  Dalian  University  Of  Technology,  Dalian,  LiaoNing  116023)  Abstract：DICOM  is  the  internationally  accepted  standard  in  the  field  of  medical  image。DICOM  is  the  industrial  standard  that  is  used  extensively  in  the  medical  informatics  domain,  DICOM  is  becoming  the  international  standard  of  PACS  in  fact。In  the  world  ,  DICOM  is  widely  applied  all  kinds  of  medical  equipment  and  network  interconnection  of  PACS  ,  RIS/HIS  information  system  This  paper  has  briefly  narrated  the  component  of  DICOM  standard,  the  characteristic  ,  significance  and  operating  mechanism  of  DICOM  .Key  Words：DICOM；Communication  of  medical  image；operating  mechanism
