基于减少锂离子电池能量的额外损耗,本文设计了一款超低功耗锂离子电池保护电路。本电路不仅可以对锂离子电池进行全面有效的保护,而且实现了低功耗。利用MOSFET 的亚阈值导电特性,使电路消耗的电流小于3μA;并且芯片在检测到过放电时进入到休眠状态,此时电路消耗的电流仅为0.2μA 左右,大大减少了不必要的能量损耗。关键词:亚阈值,低功耗,保护电路,锂离子电池An Ultra Low Power Li-ion Battery Protection circuit DesignFeng Xu, Hu Jiamin, Han Min, Wang Songlin(School of Mechano-electronic Engineering,Xi Dian University,xi’an,710071,china)Abstract:The paper presents an ultra low power Li-ion battery protection circuit based on reducing the extraenergy waste of Li-ion battery. The circuit not only protects Li-ion battery effectively, but also achieves low power.Taking advantage of the MOSFET’s sub-threshold characteristics, the current consumption of this circuit is lowerthan 3μА.
