All  members  of  the  High–Speed  Microcontroller  Familyare  designed  to  directly  address  up  to  64KB  of  programand  data  memory.  Occasionally,  however,  an  applicationwill  require  more  memory  than  is  either  availableon–chip  or  through  the  use  of  the  64KB  memory  map.The  High–Speed  Microcontroller  Family  includes  manyfeatures  which  make  it  easy  to  address  program  and/ordata  memory  greater  than  64KB.  Bit–addressable  I/Oports  allow  single  instruction  modification  of  controllines,  which  can  be  used  to  bank  switch  or  pagebetween  multiple  memory  devices.  The  ROMSIZE  featureallows  easy  memory  resizing  for  devices  with  on–chip  memory.
