近年来出现的离散事件系统（DES）理论为数模混合电路的测试提供了一种新的解决思路，本文对DES 理论在求取数模混合电路的可测试性和最小测试集中的应用进行了论述。该种方法可以在计算机上用C++语言实现。关键词：数模混合电路，离散事件系统，可测试性，最小测试集,故障覆盖率。The research of the testability of Mixed-signal circuits based on the DES theoryZHANG Qibo, LU Changhua, JIANG Weiwei (Hefei University of Technology, Hefei 230009) Abstract：The discrete event system theory that is developed in the recent years gave a new method for the mixed-signal circuits testing. This paper illustrates the application of the DES in the getting of testability and the minimum test set of the mixed-signal circuits.
