The RT9593 is a complete photoflash module solution indigital and film cameras. It is targeted for applications thatuse either two AA batteries or single lithium-ion battery.The RT9593 uses flyback topology to charge photoflashcapacitor quickly and efficiently. The built-in 55V MOSFETallows flexibility in transformer design and simplifies thePCB layout. The RT9593 also integrates an IGBT driverfor igniting photoflash tube. Only a few externalcomponents are required to reduce PCB space and cost.RT9593 is available in VQFN-16L 3x3 package
