白光发光二极管设计制造 我们研究制作Ultra-Violet磊芯片,并采用II-VI化合物材料,掺杂I价或III价的材料,制作了R、G、B三原色的荧光体。荧光体能将300nm至400nm的UV波段吸收并转换成白光。LED的外部以 Micro Lens来改善量子效率,预期发光效率可提升至50﹪。 Abstract After the fabrication of Ultra-Violet Chip, and doping column I or III element into the II-VI compounds, we have R, G, B three original colors fluorescence phosphorous. The mixture of these three colors can absorb the UV light from 300 nm to 400 nm and transforms it into white light.
