摘要：A chopping bandgap reference with reduced 1/f noise and offset in the bandgap reference OPAMP was designed in 0.5 mm CMOS technology. The total chip area is less than 0.07 mm². The 1/f noise and random offset are modulated to the chopping frequency and filtered by the limited bandwidth of the bandgap reference.
