《An Improved Compensated-Temperature and High PSRR Bandgap Reference Circuit Design》
This paper presents a BICMOS band-gap reference design, which possesses two Brokaw bandgap references with an RC filter at the output stage. Then a good temperature characteristic and a high power supply rejection ratio (PSRR), suit for a wide range of frequency, can be obtained. The simulation results show that within the frequency range from 100Hz to 10MHz, the design has achieved an average of PSRR more than 100dB as well as a temperature coefficient of 6.5 ppm /℃ over a temperature range from -25℃ to 110℃. A fast turn-on circuit is introduced to improve the turn-on time of the circuit.
