基于小波变换的癌细胞边缘提取算法

细胞的识别是医学检测中的一个重要部分，很多疾病的诊治主要依靠医学专家观察标本中细胞的形态，对细胞进行识别和分类。这种人工分类的工作重复而单调、效率低下。本文研究的基于小波变换的癌细胞边缘提取算法，有利于准确、快速识别癌细胞，具有很好的推广价值。关键词：小波变换;癌细胞;边缘提取Keyword:  The  identifying  of  cell  is  an  importance  within  medical  science  examination  part,  a  lot  of  paroxysm  the  is  main  dependent  on  medical  science  expert  observe  specimen  inside  the  cell's  appearance,  proceeds  to  identify  to  cell  with  classification.This  kind  of  artificial  classification  of  work  repetition  but  the  monotone,  efficiency  is  lowly.The  article  research  the  algroithm  of  obtaining  the  cancer  cell’s  edge  based  on  wavelet  transform,canaccuratly  and  quickly  identify  the  cell  of  cancer,and  it  is  important.Key  word:  wavelet  transform;cancer  cell;edge  detection
