本系统用网络摄像机监测视频移动，用来追踪两个连续的画面。比较其不同，如果差别大于预先设定值，则敲响警报。用麦克风监测大的声响，如果存在一个持续时间超过预定时间的大的声响，则敲响警报。如果视频和音频警报响起，则报警信息则会传到 用户的通信软件（MSN）上，这个软件（MSN）与一个视频/音频播放器地址相链接，用户可以通过一个网络浏览器在任何时间、任何地点监控实时的视频/音频情况。本系统是采用Java 实现的。 关键词：在线监测；MSN；即时通信软件；服务器；协议 Abstract: Detect and verify the robbery/intrusion. Detect video motion, this application keep tracking two consecutive frames, count the difference and if it is larger than a pre-set threshold, set video alarm. Detect strong sound, if there is exists a strong sound lasting more than a threshold time, set audio alarm. If video alarm and audio alarm are on, an alert message will be sent to the user’s MSN Messenger along with a Web audio/video player URL link which user can click on it and play real time audio/video.
