The ISL29013 is an integrated light sensor with I2C (SMBusCompatible) interface. It has an internal signed15-bitintegrating type ADC designed based on the chargebalancingA/D conversion technique. This ADC is capable ofrejecting 50Hz and 60Hz flicker caused by artificial lightsources. The lux range select feature allows the user toprogram the lux range for optimized counts/lux.In normal operation, power consumption is typically 250μA.Furthermore, a power-down mode can be controlled bysoftware via the I2C interface, reducing power consumptionto less than 1μA.The ISL29013 supports a hardware interrupt that remainsasserted low until the host clears it through I2C interface.Designed to operate on supplies from 2.5V to 3.3V, theISL29013 is specified for operation over the -40°C to +85°Cambient temperature range.
