为了加快数字城市的建设,提出一种基于GIS 和领域本体的城市网格坐标数码地图的设计方案。地理信息系统以其强大的查询、分析、管理和调用功能,在本文的城市网格坐标数码地图中得到了充分应用。领域本体采用UML 和面向对象技术进行表示,可克服专用本体描述语言和表示方法的不足。同时采用蚁群优化方法来解决城市网格坐标数码地图中的最短路问题。该地图以地理信息名片作为数据采集的服务前端,以语音、短信息、广播和网站作为互动的平台,为城市地理信息服务大众提供新的服务模式。关键字:地理信息系统;城市网格数码坐标地图;数字城市;蚁群优化;领域本体Abstract: In order to quicken the construction of digital city, it proposes a design of CityGrid-Coordinate Digital Map (CGCDM) based on Geographic Information System (GIS) anddomain ontology. With the development of science technology, Geographic Information System (GIS) has gained many applications in fire succor for its strong inquire, analysis, management, transfer functions. Domain ontology applies the UML and object-oriented technology to represent some important concepts, which can overcome some shortcomings with knowledge engineering specific methods and languages. Also, it applied the Ant Colony Optimization (ACO) to implement the shortest path decision. On the service stage of geographical information card and interactive platform of sound, note, network and broadcast, CGCDM help government manage conveniently, digitally house numbers in city, and it also decreases government’s economic burdens.Keywords: GIS, CGCDM, digital city, ant colony optimization, domain ontology
