一种汽车底盘自动润滑系统程控器的设计Design  of  a  Programmable  Controller  of  Automatic  Lubrication  System  for  Car  Chassis摘要:文章介绍了一种以AVR单片机为核心设计的汽车底盘自动润滑系统中的程序控制器。简要介绍了程控器在汽车自动润滑系统中的作用;阐述了程控器的工作原理;从单片机的选择、点火开关、系统压力等信号的检测电路及键盘与显示电路等部分进行了硬件电路设计，并根据系统的工作过程给出了软件的处理流程框图。该程控器体积小、功能强、成本低。经实际检验，能满足系统要求，具有良好的社会效益和经济效益。关键词:AVR单片机嵌人式程序控制器自动润滑系统油泵电机检测Abstract:A  programmable  controler  based  on  AVR  MPU  as  the  core  for  automatic  lubrication  system  of  car  chassis  is  presented.  The  function  of  suchp  rogrammablec  ontrolerin  a  utomaticlu  brications  ystemi  sin  troducedb  riefly.T  heo  perationalpr  incipleo  fth  ec  ontroler,M  PUs  election,d  esign  of  hardware,  including  detection  circuits  of  ignition  switch,  system  pressure,  as  wel  as  keyboard  and  display  circuits,  etc.，are  described.  In  accordance  with  the  operational  procedures,  the  processing  flowchart  of  software  is  given.  The  controler  features  compact,  powerful  function  and  low  cost.  The  experiment  proves  that  the  system  meets  the  requirement  of  the  system  and  ofers  excelent  social  and  economic  efectiveness.Keywords:A  VRM  PU  Embedded  Programmablec  ontroler  Automaticl  ubrications  ystem  Oilp  umpm  otor  Detection
