热电阻温度测量中, 热电阻的非线性、不平衡电桥的非线性及连线电阻都会给测量带来误差,多路测量中模拟多路开关的应用也会给测量造成不良影响,本文通过恒流源及模拟多路开关的合理应用克服了上述误差,在某测量仪表中实现了高精度的16 路温度测量。关键词:热电阻;温度测量;传感器;误差Abstract :Reasonably using fix current source and multi2 channel switch ,one way is brought forward ,that can e2 liminate the error in temperature measurement produc2 ing by non2linearity of thermal resistance and an unbal2 anced bridge and lead resistance.
