The  EL5285  comparator  is  designedfor  operation  in  single  supply  and  dualsupply  applications  with  5V  to  12Vbetween  VS+  and  VS-.  For  single  supplies,  the  inputs  canoperate  from  0.1V  below  ground  for  use  in  ground  sensingapplications.The  output  side  of  the  comparators  can  be  supplied  from  asingle  supply  of  2.7V  to  5V.  The  rail-to-rail  output  swingenables  direct  connection  of  the  comparator  to  both  CMOSand  TTL  logic  circuits.The  latch  input  of  the  EL5285  can  be  used  to  hold  thecomparator  output  value  by  applying  a  low  logic  level  to  thepin.  The  EL5285  features  two  separate  comparatorsThe  EL5285  is  available  in  the  14-pin  SO  package  and  isspecified  for  operation  over  the  full  -40°C  to  +85°Ctemperature  range.  Also  available  are  a  single  (EL5185),window  comparator  (EL5287),  and  quad  versions  (EL5485and  EL5486).
