介绍了一种新型的金属敷层刻纹光纤温度传感器模型,并对其测温原理进行了研究。实验结果表明该光纤温度传感器的特性是由其结构参数和金属敷层材料所决定,其温度响应是线性的,且具有较好的重复性和较高的温度响应灵敏度,无迟滞现象。关键词: 光纤传感器; 刻纹光纤; 热膨胀; 功率损耗Abstract : A novel etched optical fiber temperature sensor with metal coating is presented. The working principle of this sensor is analyzed in detail. The results of experiment show that the properties of this sensor depend on the structure parameters of etched fiber sections and the type of metal coating material. The response under tempera2 ture change is linear ,repeatable and no measurable hysteresis.
