HA-4900, HA-4902, HA-4905 pdf datasheet(Precision Quad Comparators)

The  HA-4900  series  are  monolithic,  quad,  precisioncomparators  offering  fast  response  time,  low  offset  voltage,low  offset  current  and  virtually  no  channel-to-channelcrosstalk  for  applications  requiring  accurate,  high  speed,signal  level  detection.  These  comparators  can  sense  signalsat  ground  level  while  being  operated  from  either  a  single  +5Vsupply  (digital  systems)  or  from  dual  supplies  (analognetworks)  up  to  ±15V.  The  HA-4900  series  contains  a  uniquecurrent  driven  output  stage  which  can  be  connected  to  logicsystem  supplies  (VLOGIC+  and  VLOGIC-)  to  make  the  outputlevels  directly  compatible  (no  external  components  needed)with  any  standard  logic  or  special  system  logic  levels.  Incombination  analog/digital  systems,  the  design  employed  inthe  HA-4900  series  input  and  output  stages  preventstroublesome  ground  coupling  of  signals  between  analog  anddigital  portions  of  the  system.
