The  following  information  is  relative  to  one  2Mx8  Flashmemory  device.  If  you  are  using  a  module  with  multipledevices  organized  to  increase  bus  width  (x16,  x32),  allreferences  to  the  signal  data  bus  must  be  applied  toeach  of  the  multiple  data  buses.  If  you  are  using  amodule  with  devices  organized  to  increase  memorydepth,  the  CS  pins  and  upper  address  pin(s)  need  to  beused  to  select  which  devices  are  being  accessed.  moduleswithout  a  RESET  pin  have  the  RESET  internallyconnected  to  Vcc.  Refer  to  the  product  data  sheet  blockdiagram  and  pin  configuration  to  clarify  the  organizationof  the  module.
